Kiawah ranked No. 2

Kiawah Island Golf Resort is ranked No. 2, behind Pinehurst (N.C.) Resort, in Travel + Leisure Golf's 2007 rankings of Best U.S. Golf Resorts. Kiawah was No. 1 in 2006, while Pinehurst held the top spot in 2005.
