Kiawah resident Bill Bryant directs a racer from Flyway Drive to Surfsong.  The Bryants were among the dozens of volunteers who made the event a success.

Kiawah residents Sandy Williams (back left) and Paris Sterrett (red straw hat), are joined by volunteers Dennis Harris, Neal Sword (front, green lei), Nicholas Brunet (back left, in the Navy hat), Gregory Shane Johnson (3 leis), and Samuel Booth (wearing shorts!). 

These volunteers were very vocal and supportive of the runners!  Paris said he was "the banana man" as he handed out bananas to the racers passing by.
